To make each visit extra special, you'll fill out a short form during the booking process, so Santa can make your child’s experience truly magical.
Every child will receive a thoughtfully curated gift, perfect for their age.
They’ll also take home a beautifully personalized bauble and a festive gift bag.
There will be plenty of time for photos! While we’ve decided not to hire a professional photographer to keep the experience affordable, we’ll be on hand to help capture those cherished family moments using your phone—after all, phone cameras are amazing these days!
Each child will also receive a personalized letter from Santa to continue the magic at home.
And, to top it off, you'll receive a £5 voucher to spend in The Elves' Toy Shop (also known as our wonderful store). 🎁
Once booked a total cancellation cannot be undertaken, but it may be possible to transfer your booking to an alternative time slot (this is subject to availability).
